Kongskilde Industries, which manufactures pneumatic grain handling systems, is reassuring customers of its stability and growth despite recent events around the company’s former tillage division.
Following the announcement that CNH had sold the Kongskilde tillage brand to Seko Industries, Kongskilde Industries is emphasising that it is a separate entity and is not affected by the sale.
Having been founded in 1949, the Kongskilde business was split in 2017. Kongskilde Industries continued to specialise in grain handling and industrial systems, while Kongskilde focused on cultivation equipment. It was the latter which was purchased, and subsequently sold, by CNH.
“We understand that the recent sale of Kongskilde has created some confusion in the market, particularly among farmers who rely on grain handling systems,” said Kim Johnsen, CCO of Kongskilde Industries. “We want to reassure our customers that Kongskilde Industries is unaffected by this sale, and we remain fully committed to supporting the agricultural community with industry-leading grain handling technology.”
75 years of experience
This year also marks the 75th anniversary of Kongskilde, and Kongskilde Industries is celebrating by launching a series of new initiatives to highlight its history, as well as future innovations within the grain handling market.
