Specialist tractor manufacturer Antonio Carraro has announced that it will offer Stage V Yanmar engines on its latest AC 4800 models. The new 3TNV86CT-MCR offers a maximum power of 38.8hp at 2,600rpm.
It will also be fitted on the latest TTR 4800, the SP 4800 HST and the Tigre 4800 F. The engine also offers a turbocharger, said to improve torque and available power whilst also reducing noise levels and fuel consumption. To meet Stage V emissions regulations, it has an anti-particulate filter and Common Rail injection system, an EGR cooling valve and an electronic management system for the recycling of exhaust gases.
The agreement is said to strengthen the relationship between Antonio Carraro and Yanmar, as well as offering customers a better diesel option for the power range.
