    Vredestein tyres get AGCO approval

The Apollo Vredestein very high flexion (VF) tyre range, the VF Traxion Optimall, has been approved as original equipment for the latest generation of Fendt 700 tractors.

Effective immediately, the 720, 722, 724, 726 and 728 models can be ordered with the VF 710/70 R 42 & VF 600/70 R 30 Traxion Optimall front and rear combination, with more sizes to be made available in the future.

Guido Boerkamp, director of off-highway tyres, Europe, at Apollo Tyres, said: “Our latest OE deal with AGCO follows excellent feedback we have received from farmers and agricultural contractors who appreciate the VF Traxion Optimal range of qualities; most notably its soil preservation and traction in the field, as well as its long lifespan and excellent comfort levels on the road.”

The Traxion Optimall range features a proven curved lug shape, with more rubber in the centre of the tyre for greater operator comfort and high wear resistance. As the lugs diverge towards the shoulders, additional traction and self-cleaning capabilities are provided.
