The NADIS Disease A-Z www.nadis.org.uk is a unique veterinary based resource for the livestock industry. All major diseases affecting cattle, sheep and pigs in the UK (poultry and game birds under development) are covered in a bulletin format. Clinical images and video clips are used to highlight the early clinical signs to watch out for. Disease control and prevention is emphasised. An assessment at the end of each bulletin leads to certification along with Amtra approved SQP CPD points. Module completion can lead to City & Guilds Animal Health Unit of Accreditation.
The entire Disease A-Z is being converted to App format ( Android and iPhone platform) so you can look up all diseases affecting livestock.
The monthly Parasite Forecast and Disease Alert webcasts are also featured on the NADIS App and are a fast and convenient way to keep up to date with the disease challenges facing livestock each month. Answer the questions at the end and earn 3 SQP CPD points for each webcast from Amtra.
