The most powerful tractor in the Valtra range, and the largest to be produced at its Suolahti, Finland, factory, the S Series is now in full production.

To celebrate the delivery of the first 50 machines, the brand organised a special customer delivery day at the factory, attended by more than 40 farmers and contractors from seven countries across Europe.

Highlights will be streamed on the company’s YouTube channel later today.

“We’re proud to invite the very first of our sixth generation S Series customers to our home in Finland,” explained vice president of sales and marketing, Matti Tiitinen.

“We know they have a great machine with the S Series, and with the investments we’re also making in our professional dealer network in terms of knowledge, capabilities, and branding, they will continue to have the very best tractor experience for years to come.

“Valtra’s S6 customers are served by our certified dealer network in Europe and we’re excited to be able to bring this product next to South America and Australia. At the Boss Delivery Day, the whole Valtra team has been focusing on learning from the customers about their future expectations on productivity, efficiency and digital transformation, and ensuring that our brand is going to be their long-term partner in developing the customers’ business.

“AGCO’s PTx Trimble investment fits well with these customers’ expectations on accelerating the adoption of new easy-to-use technology in their operations.”
