High flow-rate trough valve now available in compact size for smaller spaces

Dairy Spares has expanded its range of Jobe valves to include the new Topaz Compact float valve which is only 55mm wide and ideal for the automatic filling of smaller water troughs and tanks, where space is limited.

Manufactured by Jobe Valves in New Zealand, both the new compact float valve and the standard model deliver high flow rates of up to 200 l/min. They are made from corrosion-resistant materials and can be mounted vertically or horizontally, with the position of the float easily adjusted. Other useful features include: the convenience of a lock-off switch and easy access to the valve seal for ease of servicing.

The filling operation in small-volume troughs and tanks can cause turbulence and waves on the water surface. So the Topaz Compact valve has a weighted float which provides a damping effect and helps prevent the valve from cycling on and off unnecessarily.

Both the Topaz Compact and standard float valves retail at £52.86 +VAT.
