Material handling specialist Weidemann has developed a new app for Android and Apple devices, which is said to provide greater access to machine and company information.
No account is required, and the app provides digital access to operating instructions, a spare parts catalogue, a full product catalogue, a dealer search function and contact details for direct enquiries.
It’s available in German, English, French, Spanish, Italian and Polish.
From this month, all Weidemann machines will also be shipped with a QR code – either on the cab or the driver’s seat – which contains the serial number. By scanning this within the app, users can quickly access specific machine data.
