    New in-cab terminal from Amazone

Amazone will now offer its AmaSpread 2 terminal for the ZA-V Profis Control weigh-cell fertiliser spreader, providing the mid-specification range with a specific terminal.

It features a 4.3-inch colour display, with all spreading information concerning application rate, residual quantity and area coverage clearly and constantly displayed. Each major function has its own button, minimising the need for detailed menus.

Important functions can be actuated from the main screen using a backlit button, enabling the operator to work the terminal with just one hand.

Material-specific settings for up to ten different fertilisers can be stored within the system and recalled at any time, while the spread rate, covered area and working time are stored and can be pulled up at any time for documentation.

    Features under control

As well as forward-speed related spread rate regulation, the terminal also allows manual on/off of six part-width sections and the use of the Profis weighing system.

Thanks to this, the system enables precise spread rate regulation, ensuring a constant application weight even when using variable-quality products. This can be combined with the optional tilt sensor for precise weighing even in hilly terrain.

Using the Limiter V+ border spreading system, the operator can switch between side, boundary or watercourse spreading. It’s also possible to equip low-level sensors for early notifications when the hopper is nearly empty. The terminal also has work light integration.
