UTV Products introduces new square LED

Aftermarket LED specialists, UTV Products, has announced the release of the UTV3023, a month after previewing the product at Lamma.

The UTV3023, along with the variations UTV3022 and UTV3021, are available to preorder in limited quantities, offering an actual output of 9,200 lumens and 1 lux at a distance of 135m.

It’s housed in a die-cast aluminium housing and features an impact-resistant polycarbonate lens. For compatibility, it’s fitted with a DT connection, suitable for Fendt, Case and JCB machines.

According to the company, both performance and heat dissipation are ensured thanks to the cluster lens and X-shaped heat sink fins.

The UTV3023 is the result of a long development process, starting with CAD designs and thermal analysis, followed by a prototyping stage using 3D prints to define the style of the light.

At testing, the company stated that the product exceeded expectations, with a consistent flood beam pattern.

Ben Bonell, managing director, explained: “What really sets UTV3023 apart from all the other LEDs on the market is its exceptional LUX readings, lens technology, and incredibly efficient heat sink design.

“It’s a light filled to the brim with technology, but we never once compromised on aesthetics. It was a challenge, but we did it: The perfect blend of performance and design.”
