Electric utility vehicles to be demonstrated at Groundswell

Visitors to Groundswell this year will be able to test drive the latest electric UTVs from industry newcomer Electric Wheels. The company’s full range of machines will be on show, with a demonstration area available and a prize draw will be held to win a week’s rental of a UTV.

The range is offered for both sale and hire. This includes the Nipper, with electric rear tip and a possible range of 75 miles per charge. Also on show will be the HiSun Worker, with similar capabilities to the Nipper, and the HiSun Beast.

Those in attendance will also get an exclusive first look at a prototype being developed by the company, integrating a flatbed to the long wheelbase model of the Beast, said to be the largest load capacity electric UTV on the market.

“We are delighted to be returning to Groundswell with an even bigger stand this year,” said Chris Hurdle, Electric Wheels’ managing director. “We look forward to meeting farmers and talking to them about our revolutionary range of all-electric UTVs. Farmers will see first-hand how powerful and versatile our vehicles are by test-driving them in our demonstration area. The winner of our prize draw will be able to experience this on their farm by walking away with a week’s rental.”
