Heading to field tests next year, with full production to follow, the new Tracker 4000 trailed sprayer from Berthoud is designed to fill a gap between the entry-level 3000 model and the company’s high-spec Vantage. It’s a single-axle machine, with the option of Actiflex 2 suspension, offering a capacity of 4,000 litres in the spray tank.
Axiale B2 and B3 booms are available for a maximum working width of 33m, with full suspension and a double anti-yaw device on both the frame and on each side of the boom. Ultrasonic sensors are available for automated boom height control.
Continuous circulation is an option, with RTS low pressure priming, AGP continuous circulation or full pneumatic individual nozzle control. Full Isobus compatibility is also available.
For the spray pump, customers can choose between the BP 280 piston diaphragm unit, offering 235 litres/min, or the Hardi 330 litres/min system for increased capacity throughout the machine.
