CEVA Animal Health have launched a new online game to raise awareness of distressed cat behaviour and promote the benefits of their Feliway product range.

The ‘Sofa Scratch’ game aims to engage with cat owners, to highlight the benefits of Ceva’s Feliway product range, which helps prevent stress-related cat behaviour, along with the symptoms pets can display.

185 thousand players have liked ‘That Purple Cat’ Facebook page to play the game, which involves spraying the falling sofas as quickly as possible to save them from destruction.

Users will get the chance to win one of 6,000 giveaways, the first 3,000 players will receive a free ‘That Purple Cat’ toy, followed by a further 3,000 cat toys available to win at random.
Feliway products help cats naturally cope with stressful situations and stops unwanted cat behaviour, providing a contented household for you and your cat.

Malcolm Laurie, marketing manager at Feliway, said: “We wanted to create a campaign that would capture and drive user interaction with new customers, building awareness of the Feliway brand and its character, ‘That Purple Cat’. Equally important, it’s also a fun way to engage with our existing customers and drive fans to our Facebook site.”
