Yokohama-ATG (Y-ATG) products will now be offered to the OEM market in the UK by Wheel Solutions Ltd.

The company is a component supplier of complete wheel and tyre assemblies, axles and stub axles for trailer and implement manufacturers.

The announcement comes months after YOHT partnered with TIA Agri to bolster aftermarket sales, working alongside Kirkby Tyres which has been aligned with YOHT brands for nearly 70 years.

Kirkby, which already has OEM customers, will continue to offer products to the customers it considers to have the best value.

“Together with Wheel Solutions’ experience and reputation in the OE2 business, we anticipate significant growth of the Alliance brand in the UK OE2 agro-tyre market,” says Ole Baek, vice president for North & West Europe at Y-ATG.

Josh Budding, managing director at Wheel Solutions Ltd, adds: “We are excited to announce our partnership to distribute Y-ATG’s flagship tyre brand, Alliance, within the UK specialist OEM market. Alliance tyres, renowned for their long history of innovation in the off-highway tyre market, backed by Yokohama Rubber Company Co., Ltd., one of the world’s leading tyre manufacturers.

    Josh Budding

“With over 95% of our business dedicated to specialist OEMs, Wheel Solutions has a fully tailored value chain designed to meet the intricate requirements of the specialist OEM markets. Our comprehensive supply chain and operational capabilities ensure continuous production of vehicles and machinery, with a clear focus on delivering technically sound and superior quality products on time and at a commercially effective level, supported by seamless logistics.

“I am excited to see what the future holds and am confident that this partnership will bring significant value to our customers and the UK OEM market.”
