New Stealth Point from Agricast to launch at Lamma

    Agricast New STX

Agricast will introduce a new addition to its range of low disturbance subsoiler cultivation point at Lamma 2022. The new Stealth Xtra (STX) is compatible with the Opico Stealth and Evolution and can be retrofitted to any existing cultivator or subsoiler using the company’s in-house fabrication service.

It features an innovative system to prevent the point from moving from side to side, reducing wear on the 15mm thick, 500mm Hardox leg. Wings can be bolted onto the point, giving users the option to lift more soil if required, and the durability has been improved with a larger Tungsten tip on the nose.

The company will also highlight its range of packers, with the STP-650 steel tensioned model and the LCP-600 low-cost option. They feature a shouldered profile and customisable spacing to leave an open surface.

Agricast’s PRR 610 and 710 will also be on show. Both rings offer outstanding durability and enhanced poor weather performance. Improved traction is said to be achieved thanks to the small cutaways on the outside of the wheel.

“Lamma is an incredibly important part of the farming calendar, and we missed exhibiting last year,” said William Robinson, Agricast’s managing director. “We are really looking forward to January and having the opportunity to showcase some of our most popular products, like the packers and PRRs. It will also be fantastic to be able to introduce people to our latest product – the STX. We will also be talking about the next generation of our Grassland Xtra point, which will be available in or around quarter two of 2022.”
